I don’t mean what you think, and I’m sorry if that’s what you were hoping. But trust me, this is more important, and much better for you in the long run.

All the problems we face as a species can be boiled down to two huge, upstream issues that are the root cause all the others. First, there are way too many of us – and we need to talk about that – but it’s a subject for another day. Second, we live in our heads.
